BREWING Instructions

- Bring kettle to boil
- Grind coffee beans to a course-medium grind
- Place a filter in the Chemex and rinse it with hot water
- Discard the rinse water
- Add the ground coffee to the Chemex
- Pour 100 grams of hot water over the coffee grounds, in a circular motion
- Let the coffee bloom for 30 seconds
- Slowly pour 350 grams of hot water over the coffee grounds, in a circular motion
- Let water drop through coffee
- Slowly pour remaining 350 grams of hot water
- Let the coffee drip through the filter for 5-6 minutes
- Enjoy!
